I refer to Statement of Cashflows for the Western Australian Planning Commission on page 729 of 2025-26 Budget Paper No. 2 - Volume 2, and I ask: (a) Can the Minister provide a list of all land acquisitions in relation to METRONET, including the name of the property owner and the amount paid; (b) Can the Minister provide details of the "one-off land sale of $15.2 million in 2025‑26"; (c) Can the Minister confirm the completion of land acquisition for the METRONET program; and (d) Can the Minister detail the difference between "compensation payments related to land acquisition" and "land acquisition payments" as used on this page?

(a) The Western Australian Planning Commission acquired 37 properties for the delivery of METRONET.
(b) The one-off land sale relates to a Market-led Proposal (MLP) which remains under active commercial negotiations. Public disclosure will occur following contract execution.
(c) Final acquisitions were completed in 2024-25.
(d) “Compensation payments related to land acquisition” refers to operating payments paid to the landowners for the loss of land affected by a Taking Order, or where a Taking Order is proposed and where compensation is to be determined under section 241 of the Land Administration Act 1997 .
(e) “Land acquisition payments” are capital payments made to landowners at market value to acquire land.
