(1) The cabinet submission concerning uranium mining in Western Australia was prepared by the then Department of Industry and Resources at my request, with neither my office, nor myself being involved in the drafting of the submission.
(2) Upon its receipt from the Department, I submitted it to Cabinet for consideration.
