parliamentary secretary representing the Minister for Transport:
I refer to question without notice 666 and the minister's
refusal to provide performance standards for the Miling–Bolgart rail
line.
(1) Has the
minister tabled a certificate in accordance with section 82 of the Financial
Management Act 2006?
(2) If no to (1) —
(a) why not; and
(b) will the minister now
undertake to do so?
