To provide the break down as requested would require an officer/s to manually examine each file in order to determine time of receipt placing an unreasonable burden on the staff of the Complaints Management Unit. However, the number of complaints, both disciplinary and non-disciplinary in nature, that are currently open and being addressed by the Complaints Management Unit are as follows:
