(4) In respect of each issue identified, how is it being addressed (please provide full details) in terms of, -
(a) adaptation;

(5) In respect of each answer to (4), -

1. The Department of Indigenous Affairs (DIA) has been invited to join the Department of Environment and Conservation's Climate Change Policy Interdepartmental Steering Group (CCPISG). The CCPISG's mandate is to consider policy related climate change issues across State government agencies and make recommendations on policy and initiatives to the Directors' General Group on Climate Change and Energy.
2. Not applicable.
3. It is not clear as yet the degree to which climate change is likely to affect these responsibilities.
4. DIA is yet to be advised on the date for the first meeting of the CCPISG in 2011 and the specifics of its agenda and business approach.
(5 - 8) Not applicable.
