I refer to the Minister's media release dated 10 April 2013 entitled
Major Reform for State's Energy Sector
, and I ask:
(a) does the Government have a fully developed plan to deal with all the issues that arise from the merging of Verve and Synergy;
(b) if yes to (a):
(i) when was this plan created; and
(ii) is this plan contained in a document, and if so, what is the name of the document, what is its date, who is its author and when was the Minister provided this document; and
(c) if no to (a):
(i) was the decision to merge Verve and Synergy made pursuant to a decision of Cabinet; and
(ii) is it the policy of the current State Government to merge valuable State-owned assets without a comprehensive plan?
