I refer to Justice Wayne Martin's ruling on conflicts of interest for members on the Environmental Protection Advisory board, and I ask:
(a) what is the role of CEO of the Committee for Perth, Marion Fulker, on the Central Planning Committee for Perth;
(b) has she voted on any projects which the Committee for Perth have expressly promoted;
(c) what declarations of conflict of interest were made and how were they handled; and
(d) has the government reviewed the decisions of this committee, particularly for the Perth Waterfront, in the light of the James Price Point judgment, and if not, why not?
