In relation to the Minister's pecuniary interest declaration stating that he owns an investment property in Waratah Avenue, Dalkeith, and his decision to rezone land in Waratah Avenue, I ask:
(a) why did the Minister agree to table only one document relating to advice on Waratah Avenue received since being appointed Minister in 2008;
(b) on what date was the Minister's offer to purchase the Waratah Avenue property made;
(c) were there any conditions relative to rezoning attached to that offer;
(d) did the real estate agent acting for the Minister inform him of, or make any representations at all regarding, the proposed rezoning in the area; and
(i) if so, when was that advice given;
(e) in relation to the Minister's answers to questions without notice stating that he only informed two Department of Planning officers of his investment ownership of land opposite the rezoning, after they gave him advice on the Waratah Avenue rezoning, have these officers reported this declaration to any superiors or any other bodies; and
(i) if not, why not; and
(f) will the Minister table any notes or reports made by the planning officers in relation to the meeting mentioned at (f); and
(i) if not, why not?
