STATE RECORDS ACT 2000 - REQUIREMENTS
Section 60(1)(b) of the State Records Act 2000 requires the State Records Commission to monitor compliance by government organisations with their record-keeping plans. State Records Commissioner standard 2, principle 6 requires government organisations to include an appropriate section in their annual reporting regarding all the factors to which I alluded yesterday. (1) Which government organisations have not complied with this requirement in their latest annual report? (2) How many breaches or possible breaches of section 60(1)(c) have been reported to the commission in 2006-07? Hon ADELE FARINA
