(3) A reliability target was introduced as part of the maintenance contract with Downer EDI Rail-Bombardier which commenced on 1 January 2012.
(4) 85 000 kilometres/cancellation.
(5) Since 1 January 2011, an average of 68 000 kilometres/cancellation has been achieved.
(6) An average 88 000 kilometres/cancellation achieved.
(7) The target is being met with a year to date average of 129 000 kilometres/cancellation being achieved.
