I have a supplementary question. Has
the Minister for Transport received guaranteed funding for that $800 million
worth of projects, including the Tonkin Highway grade separations, the Great
Northern Highway upgrade from Muchea to Wubin and the North West Coastal
Highway upgrade?

The advice I have received, and let me repeat it, is that the
commonwealth's commitments to those projects will be contained in the Mid-year Economic and Fiscal Outlook document, which will be provided by the commonwealth, I think, over the next
four weeks or so. It is my view that that is an entirely appropriate process.
Again, let me say to the member for West Swan that I have received confirmation
of the additional $200 million into that road that is so very important to her
and her constituents.
