For all Freedom of Information (FOI) applications presently received and being processed by the Minister's office, departments, agencies, government trading enterprises or boards within the Minister’s portfolio responsibilities, I ask: (a) What is the average time taken to process and return a FOI application; (b) As at 1 February 2019 how many FOI applications remain outstanding beyond there 45 day timeline: (i) In relation to (b), what is the longest time an application has been outstanding and why; (c) How many FOI applications were received in the calendar years of: (i) 2016; (ii) 2017; and (iii) 2018; and (d) How many FOI applications were successfully processed and returned within 45 days during the calendar years of: (i) 2016; (ii) 2017; and (iii) 2018?
