1339. Hon ALISON XAMON to the minister representing the
Minister for Corrective Services:
I refer to the answer to my
question on notice 3025 and to the review of the prisons order for disruptive
prisoners.
(1) Has this review now been
completed?
(2) If yes to (1) —
(a) what were the findings of the
review; and
(b) has the review recommended that
the order be abolished or amended?
(3) Have any permanent changes now
been made to the order?
(4) If yes to (3), what are the
changes?
(5) If no to (3), why not?
