(a) Great Central Highway, Kalgoorlie;
(b) Gascoyne Station Road, Meekatharra;
(c) Great Northern Highway, Fitzroy Crossing;
(d) Lester Avenue, Geraldton;
(e) Ned's Corner Road, Cascade;
(f) Sandy track, Kalgoorlie;
(g) Great Central Road (desert);
(h) Great Eastern Highway, Warburton; and
(i) Great Northern Highway, Karratha.

(a) One accident occurred in the metropolitan area, at the corner of Hayman Road and Thelma Street in Kensington.
(b) The remaining seven accidents occurred in rural and regional areas, in the following locations:
