Suicide Prevention 2020 strategy refers to the phasing in of suicide prevention
coordinators across the state. Extensive consultation and review of evidence
has been undertaken to ensure that the function of the position reflected the
needs of each region and a suitable host agency is available. The first
positions, including the south west, will be announced this week.
