339. Hon MARTIN ALDRIDGE to the minister representing the
Minister for Lands:
I refer to the $80 million
infrastructure development fund announced in February 2023.
(1) Can the
minister please advise the funds allocated and approved to date for the three
categories of targeted apartment rebate, unlocking infill precincts, and
unlocking regional accommodation opportunities?
(2) With reference to (1), can the minister please advise
the split for each category for regional and metropolitan projects
approved to date?

central sub-region of the Perth metropolitan area;
(2) 1km
of all train stations including METRONET Station Precincts;
(3) 1km
of strategic, secondary and district activity centres as defined by State
Planning Policy 4.2 – Activity Centres;
(4) 1km
of the Bunbury CBD; and
(5) Housing
Diversity Pipeline sites
