The Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) advises:
(a) Lots 1, 2 and 107 Carr Street West Perth were purchased from Goodgold Corporation.
Lot 66 Carr Street West Perth was purchased from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
(b) November 2014.
(c) Factory/retail/warehouse.
(d) Yes. The property was originally advertised as one parcel of three lots.
(e) $8,768,181 (excluding GST).
