I refer to Keystart home loan products, and I ask:
(a) how many Keystart home loans are there as at 30 April 2012;
(b) how many Keystart loans are currently in arrears;
(c) how many Keystart loans are current in default; and
(d) how many properties have been repossessed as a result of loan default in:
(i) 2009–2010;
(ii) 2010–2011; and
(iii) as at 30 April 2012?

(a) 16 768
(b) 119 as at 31 July 2012.
(c) Nine.
(d)(i) Nil
(ii) Three
(iii) Six.  This represents 0.04%, which is much lower than the market bank average.
