(a) The Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority (MRA) owns blocks of land in four precincts within the Armadale Redevelopment Area: Champion Lakes, West of Rail, Forrestdale Business Park and Kelmscott. For blocks of land in Kelmscott, refer Question without notice 4256. For land in the remainder the Armadale Redevelopment Area [see table paper no.]
(b) This information is publically available from Landgate.
(c) The Armadale Redevelopment Area covers 465 hectares of land on the eastern side of Perth's metropolitan area. [See tabled paper no.]
