I discussed this matter with both local members who would be impacted by it. The one who will be perhaps the most significantly impacted is the member for Cottesloe, and the other is the member for Fremantle. The member for Fremantle, as I recall, drew to my attention — Mrs M.H. Roberts interjected. Mr T.R.
