There are of course individuals, members of the public and vested interests who have contrary views regarding the development; however professional advice received by Government was in favour of the development.
Department of the Premier and Cabinet:
(a-b) The department has no record of receiving any advice or consultants reports against the progression of the Oakajee Port and Rail Project.
Public Sector Commissioner:
The Public Sector Commission has not received any advice or report of this nature.
Salaries and Allowances Tribunal:
(a) No.
(b) The Oakajee Port and Rail Project are not matters within the remit of the Tribunal.
Gold Corporation:
Gold Corporation advised that we have not received any advice or consultants reports against the progression of the Oakajee Port and Rail Project as we are not involved with the project.
Lotterywest:
(a) No advice or consultants reports have been received against the progression of the Oakajee Port and Rail Project.
(b) Not applicable
Department of State Development:
