(a) In 1998 the then State Cabinet approved the Leeuwin-Naturaliste Ridge Statement of Planning Policy but in relation to recommendations for possible development of Crown Land at Yallingup, the then Cabinet requested a further report be prepared for its consideration before any decisions were made. That decision still stands and no commitments have been made.
(b) With expansion of this node to be limited to areas identified in the Land Use Strategy Plan, subject to demonstration of suitability:
(i) No.
(ii) Since 1998, preparation of a further report to Cabinet on possible development has been deferred due to ongoing legal action affecting Reserve 24622. There is no commitment to a commencement date.
(iii) There is no commitment to a completion date.
