The
Department of Transport
advises:
(a) On 15 March 2011 Skywest Airlines Pty Ltd (Skywest) entered into a five year deed with the Western Australian Government for the provision of air services between Perth, Albany and Busselton. Due to commercial sensitivities around the contract, the information requested would be best captured through a Freedom of Information (FOI) request.
(b) The criteria for this mid-term review is currently being prepared by the Department of Transport.
