I refer to page 61 of the Main Roads Western Australia Annual Report 2012 , and I ask: (a) the report states there were nine instances of environmental non-compliance on Main Roads projects in 2009, can the Minister please provide the location and details of each instance of non-compliance; (b) the report states there were 12 instances of environmental non-compliance on Main Roads projects in 2010, can the Minister please provide the location and details of each instance of non-compliance; and (c) the report states there were four instances of environmental non-compliance on Main Roads projects in 2011, can the Minister please provide the location and details of each instance of non-compliance?
