PUBLIC HOUSING —
WAITLIST
1078. Hon STEVE MARTIN to the minister representing the
Minister for Housing:
I refer to the decades-long
precedent under Labor and Liberal housing ministers of reporting to Parliament
the number of people on the public housing waitlist, and the recent refusal to
continue this established precedent.
(1) How many applications are on
the public housing waitlist?
(2) How many people are represented on the public housing
waitlist?
(3) If (2) cannot be answered, when will the minister
be able to report to Parliament how many Western Australians are on the
public housing waitlist?
