(c) will the Premier table a copy of the conditions; and

(a) $880,966 . (b) Section 59(4) of the Public Sector Management Act 1994 requires that if a person who receives a compensation payment is subsequently employed or engaged in the public sector before the expiry of the period equivalent to the payment amount, the person must refund an amount equivalent to the compensation proportional to the unexpired period for which they received compensation. The table refers the compensation period for each person who has accepted a compensation payment. (c-d) Not applicable.
