(1) Final plans are currently being
considered by the Western Australian Planning Commission.
(2) It is
anticipated that the WAPC will finalise its recommendations on the plans by the
end of 2016, after which they will be presented to government for a final
decision.
(3) A report on the submissions will
be released with the final plans.
