TASER USE — KEVIN SPRATT INCIDENT
I have a supplementary question. In relation to the minister’s answers to (1) and (2) of the previous question, was the officer who called out on the video “Want to go again? Want to go again?” before immediately retasering Mr Spratt one of the arresting officers, and was he the officer who had tasered Mr Spratt on other occasions? Mr R.F. JOHNSON

The only information I have is that, as far as I am aware, there was one officer who was involved in the tasering incident who was also involved in the arrest of Mr Spratt.
Mr R.F. JOHNSON replied: The only information I have is that, as far as I am aware, there was one officer who was involved in the tasering incident who was also involved in the arrest of Mr Spratt.
