(1)-(2) This information forms part of a Cabinet Submission which is yet to be considered by Government and therefore will not be released.
The Government has confirmed previously that over 100,000 passenger boardings would be expected on the MAX Light Rail network by 2031.
(3) A direct comparison of future trips between a business as usual bus only scenario and the proposed MAX Light Rail system is not practical, as the light rail scenario includes additional land use outcomes and intensification not present in the bus scenario.
