(2) If yes to (1), -
(a) to whom were these payments made to;

(1) Yes, the Director General approved a payment made by Central TAFE.
(2) The payment was an 'Act of Grace' payment made subject to the terms of a confidentiality agreement. The agreement requires that both parties refrain from further disclosing the details of the complaint or the terms of the settlement, except as otherwise required by law.
