I refer to the power outage in Waterman’s Bay on 2 March 2014, and specifically to Western Power’s response to the outage, and I ask: (a) how many households have lodged claims with Western Power for property damage; (b) have any households received compensation from Western Power, and if so: (i) how many households have received compensation; and (ii) what is the total value of compensation paid thus far; (c) are there any claims currently being investigated by Western Power; (d) if yes to (c), how many claims are being investigated; (e) have any claims been dismissed by Western Power; (f) has Western Power been contacted by the Energy Ombudsman about this issue; (g) has the Minister been contacted by Western Power about this issue; and (h) has the Minister been contacted by the Energy Ombudsman about this issue?
