parliamentary secretary representing the Minister for Housing:
I refer to the Ninga Mia community
in the goldfields.
(1) Has the
Housing Authority commissioned or completed any reports in the last two years
into the housing at Ninga Mia; and, if so, what was report for and what was the
name of the report?
(2) Which agency
currently manages community housing at Ninga Mia and when did it commence?
(3) Has the
authority completed any reviews of the services provided by the provider in (2)
and, if so, will the minister table a copy of the review; and, if not, why not?

been commissioned; however, properties in this community were inspected as part
of a recent statewide property audit to identify the presence of any asbestos
building materials in remote Aboriginal housing.
(2) Following a competitive
process, Community Housing Limited was appointed as the property and tenancy
manager from 1 July 2015.
(3) The Housing
Authority monitors the performance of the provider on a regular basis in accordance
with the terms of its contract.
