(1) From 1 January 2024 have any State or Federal Members of Parliament requested and received any tours of any public hospitals in Western Australia: (a) If yes: (i) Who was the Member of Parliament (name and electorate); (ii) What date and time did the tour occur; (iii) Which hospital; (iv) Aside from any hospital staff, who attended the tour. Please provide name, title and organisation; (v) What was the purpose of the tour; and (vi) Please table the running sheet or event briefing documents for the tour? (2) If a request was submitted by a Member of Parliament and rejected: (a) Who was the Member of Parliament (name and electorate); (b) What was the date of request and the subsequent date of rejection; and (c) Why was the request rejected? (3) Are there any outstanding tour requests: (a) If yes: (i) Who is the Member of Parliament (name and electorate); and (ii) When was the request submitted?
