I refer to the disposal of significant quantities of contaminated soil from the Forrestfield link project and ask: (a) Did the Minister or any staff in her office discuss the disposal of contaminated soil with Greg Poland whilst he was Deputy Chair of the Peel Development Commission; (b) Did the Minister or any of her office staff discuss the disposal of contaminated soil with the Peel Development Commission staff or board; (c) How many meetings has the Minister had with Mr Greg Poland whilst he was Chair of the Peel Development Commission since March 2017; (d) Was the Minister aware Greg Poland was investigating options for disposal of this contaminated soil; (e) Are media reports accurate in assuming the potential cost of the disposal of the contaminated soil is in the order of $320m; (f) Is the Minister aware whether agencies under her authority approached the Peel Development Commission to consider opportunities to dispose of contaminated soil; and (g) Did the Minister discuss disposal of the contaminated soil with the Minister for Regional Development in an endeavour to seek opportunities for its disposal?
