Transport agencies—Enabling legislation
1036. Hon Steve Martin to
the parliamentary secretary representing the Minister
for Transport:
I refer to the
enabling legislation for the key transport agencies of the Public Transport
Authority and Main Roads.
(1) Are there any
planned regulations still in development in connection with the Main Roads Act 1930 (WA)?
(2) Are there any planned regulations still in
development in connection with the Public Transport
Authority Act 2003 or any other PTA-enabling legislation?
(3) If yes to (1) and/or (2):
(a) what are they;
(b) when was the need to draft the regulations
triggered; and
(c) what is the timeline for completion?
