(1) Is it correct that the Minister for State Development handballed the Cazaly Resources Ltd-Rio Tinto matter to the Minister for Resources and Assisting the Minister for State Development for determination and that this action is considered in government circles to be a “hospital handpass”? (2) If so, when will the minister announce his decision? (3) Why has the government taken so long to make a decision on this matter considering the speculation that is taking place on the stock market in relation to the outcome?
