I refer the minister to questions 495, 555 and 522, which were all asked on different days, about the Mundaring fire brigade relocation. In total, there were 23 parts to the three questions asked of the minister, and the answers to all but five parts began with the words “The Fire and Emergency Services Authority has advised” or “FESA advises”. (1) Will the minister indicate whether she accepts the advice of the Fire and Emergency Services Authority for each of the previous answers for which the answer began with “FESA has advised” or “FESA advises”? (2) Will the minister take responsibility for accepting the advice of FESA in the answers provided to questions 495, 555 and 522? Hon KIM CHANCE
