Minister for Climate Action:
I refer to Western Australia's
emissions of 91.8 million tonnes of CO 2 equivalent in the National
Greenhouse Accounts 2019 and the government's
commitment to setting an interim target regarding emission reductions in the coming
months. What percentage of the 91.8 tonnes of CO 2 equivalent of WA's
emissions are attributed to WA emissions?

The Department of Water and
Environmental Regulation is developing an estimate of greenhouse gas emissions
from operation of government agencies and government trading enterprises.
