I refer to the Integrity (Lobbyists) Act 2016, the Contact with Lobbyists Code and the Ministerial Code of Conduct, and ask: (a) For financial year 2024-25 to the current financial year to date, has the Minister, any Parliamentary Secretary within the Minister’s portfolio responsibilities, or any staff member employed or seconded to the Minister’s office had a meeting in a lobbying capacity with a person listed on the Western Australian Register of Lobbyists; (b) If yes, for each such meeting please provide: (i) the date of the meeting; (ii) the name of the lobbyist; (iii) the lobbying firm or entity with which the lobbyist is registered; (iv) the client on whose behalf the lobbying activity was undertaken; (v) a brief description of the subject matter or purpose of the meeting; (vi) the location of the meeting (e.g. Ministerial office, Parliament House, other venue, videoconference); and (vii) the names and positions of all attendees, including Ministers, Parliamentary Secretaries, ministerial staff and public sector officers; (c) If no for any financial year, will the Minister state “nil” for that year; and (d) Will the Minister provide the information requested in (1)(a) in tabular form, with separate tables for each financial year?
