(a-b) Public Sector Commission Annual Report cost: $14,961.58
(a-b) Office of the Public Sector Standards Commissioner Annual Report cost: $7,423.70

The Salaries and Allowances Tribunal does not produce an annual report, therefore the response is not applicable.
Department of State Development:
(a-b) The cost of producing and distributing the Department of State Development's 2009/10 Annual Report was $13,358.
Gold Corporation:
(a) Production cost is $5,500 which includes the concept development, design and layout.
(b) The annual reports were printed internally and the only cost was the courier to the Premier's office which was very insignificant.
