refer to recent media comments made by the Mayor of the Town of Mosman Park, regarding anomalies uncovered by the council during a governance review,
and ask: (a) Has
the Minister or Ministerial Staff at the department been advised by the council of the Town’s review; (b) Was
the department given a copy of the outcomes of the Town’s review; (c) If yes, on what date did the council provide a copy of the review to the department; (d) How
many anomalies were uncovered by the Town’s review; (e) Has the
Minister, his staff or the department met the Mayor of Town of Mosman Park to
discuss the anomalies and, if so: (i) On what date was the meeting; and; (ii) Where was
the meeting; (iii) Who attended
the meeting; and (iv) What was discussed at the meeting; and (f) Has the department conducted a review of the Town of Mosman Park’s anomalies: (i) What was the outcome of the review?
