(1) As at 3 December 2009 there were 1 250 staff employed to manage the Department's responsibilities in the Pilbara region of which, 77 occupy management positions.
(2) As at 3 December 2009 - 1250.
(3) Dampier, Jigalong Community, Karratha, Marble Bar, Newman, Ngurrawaana Community, Nullagine, Onslow, Pannawonica, Paraburdoo, Port Hedland, Roebourne, Tom Price, Wickham, and Yandeyarra Community.
(4) As at 3 December 2009 - 50.
(5) The length of time vacancies have been unfilled range from one month to two years, with the longer term vacancies being in remote community schools that the Department has not been able to fill.
