(a – e) From 2001 to 30 June 2003 I have used my credit card to pay for meals on 4 occasions totalling less than $500. All occasions were in accordance with Premier’s Circular 1601 “Guidelines for Expenditure on Official Hospitality”.
Further, I have not used my credit card to provide for any meals, drinks or expenses incurred by Bill Shepherd.
