(2) 1 Nash Street, Perth.
(3) Yes, the Mental Health Commission will be co-located with the entities below. While the Mental Health Commission is located on level 2, each entity has its own office space on level 1 to ensure their independence.
(4) In 2015-16 $3.4 million was allocated for the relocation. Full costs will not be known until the relocation is complete however the project is currently on budget.
