PUBLIC
HOUSING — MARGARET RIVER–AUGUSTA
74. Hon SALLY TALBOT to the
minister representing the Minister for Housing:
I refer to the answer to question without notice 20 of last
week regarding the number of applicants on the waiting list for public housing
in the Margaret River and Augusta zones.
(1) For each
zone, how many applicants are on the priority waiting list—that is,
homeless or at risk of homelessness?
(2) For each zone, what is the
average waiting time for applicants on the priority waitlist?
(3) How many social housing
properties are there in each zone?
(4) How many properties are
currently vacant in each zone?

zero.
(2) Not applicable.
(3) Augusta, 22; Margaret River, 78.
(4) Augusta, zero; Margaret River,
one—the property is currently in a non-lettable condition.
