WA Health provides wellbeing support and services for its staff, including Wellness Programs that incorporate workplace initiatives to promote health and wellbeing, and Employee Assistances Programs that enable staff and their immediate family to attend confidential counselling and support services for personal or work related issues.
I am advised that similar support services are also provided to other government employees, including those working in the field of emergency services.
I am also advised that, as is appropriate in their role as employer, St John Ambulance provides wellbeing support services to their workforce.
