(1)Yes. (2) (a) Worsley 2000 Pty Ltd (CAN 089 404 320). (b) 1 November 1999. (c) An annual average of 17,395m3 of Karri first grade sawlogs, and 1,100m3 of Karri second grade sawlogs. (d) The contract was transferred at the request of Worsley 2000 Pty Ltd because the company has restructured to separate the timber milling business and timber interests from the rest of the Company.
