I refer to the announcement on 25 September 2014, of the identification of 20 land sites for sale, and I ask: (a) what criteria were used to identify the 20 sites for sale in this round; (b) which department, committee or Minister was responsible for identifying the 20 sites; (c) who are the members of the ‘Land Asset Advisory Group’; and (d) to whom will the Land Asset Advisory Group be reporting to?

a) The criterion was that each of the properties was surplus to the core business requirement of Government.
b) The Top 20 list was developed by the Department of Lands in consultation with LandCorp and land holding agencies that had nominated land assets as surplus to their core business through the Property Asset Clearing House (PACH).
c) The members of the Land Asset Management Advisory Group (LAMAG) are Directors General/Chief Executive Officers, or their delegate, of:
Department of Lands
Department of Premier and Cabinet
Department of Treasury
LandCorp
Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority
Department of Housing
Department of Planning
Department of Finance
State Heritage Office
Other representatives may be invited on an as needs basis
d) LAMAG will support and advise the Minister for Lands on the sale and optimisation of property assets as part of the Government's Land Asset Sales Program.
