(a) All permanent employees at Swan District Hospital (SDH) who accepted an offer of employment from St John of God Midland Public Hospital (SJGMPH) and satisfied the eligibility criteria of the Public Sector Management (Redeployment and Redundancy) Regulations 2014 (Regulation 40) were entitled to receive a transition payment.
The transition payment applied (assuming eligibility as per above) to all permanent employees of SDH regardless of their classification or position.
