I refer to the statutory responsibilities of Western Power set out in the Electricity Corporation Act 1994, in particular section 31 and schedule 7. Why is it not incumbent on Western Power to take into consideration any offer of federal finance for the tidal power project in making its recommendations? Hon N.F. MOORE
